We understand that unexpected changes may occur. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with sufficient notice are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time) and no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
2. Rescheduling
You can request to reschedule your booking by contacting us via email or our support channel.
We’ll make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time based on availability.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

Cancellation made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or service time.

Technical issues, system errors, or scheduling problems from our side — in such cases, you will be offered an alternate slot or a full refund.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session.

Services that have been already rendered or partially completed.
